Contest for The Sight Seer!!

To celebrate The Sight Seer’s release, I am giving away a SIGNED paperback!!! This contest is open internationally and will run from now until June 28th. That’s two weeks, with chances to add more entries EACH DAY. You can tweet about the contest, follow me on Twitter and Facebook, and like my Facebook fanpage. Easy, right?

Click here to enter to win a signed paperback copy of The Sight Seer!

After the winner claims their prize and provides me with their address, I will ship the book as soon as I receive it (probably the beginning of July) via USPS. And it will be signed. I am practicing my author signature just for you, winner. *flexes*

Good luck, and thanks for entering!

It’s here!

Surprise! I came home from work to discover The Sight Seer is already available for purchase!! It was supposed to be tomorrow, but I’m sure nobody is complaining about the early release, right?

A couple of people have been asking about the paperback edition. I’ve been told it takes about two weeks for that to be available (also on Amazon), so figure around the beginning of July. I’ll definitely post about it once I see they’re up.

Wow, I can’t believe this little thing I wrote nearly two years ago is finally out there. It’s both scary and exciting. Thank you to everyone who has taken part in this journey, from my betas to my agent to my wonderful friends and family. I hope you all enjoy it!

BEA2013: Day Three

Today was my shortest day at BEA and yet so much happened in those few hours that it definitely was the most memorable. I chatted up some authors, met my agency-sister Theresa for the first time, met both wonderful ladies (and Snarkles!) from Tea Time at EpicReads (and spun a wheel to get a free book!), hung out with my friends (who got what looks like every single book that was handed out today!), and got a drawing from cartoonist and author Stephan Pastis. Wow, what a day!

Eventually I’d like to do a writeup for all three days. I’m not sure if it’ll be one giant post, or three separate ones. Do you guys want to hear every single detail? Can I even remember every single detail? Everything is a blur right now. I met so many authors in such a short amount of time, I can barely remember what books I ended up with. But I will do my best to give you an accurate account of BEA2013.

Now, which of the 47 books to start reading first…
